• A certified or binding appraisal

• A representation of fair market value for tax, legal, or accounting purposes

Domain name values are inherently subjective and depend on many factors including buyer demand, market timing, negotiation dynamics, industry trends, and use case. Actual sale prices may differ significantly from our estimates.

You should not rely solely on our valuation for any purchase, sale, or business decision involving domain names. We strongly recommend consulting a professional domain broker or appraiser for high-value transactions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, algorithms, software, and the Domainer24 Pro brand — is the property of Domainer24.com and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without express written permission.

Valuation Certificates: Screenshots and certificates generated by our tool may be shared for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution or misrepresentation of certificates as official appraisals is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit content through our contact form or any other means, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• Cohere AI: Provides the AI analysis engine for domain valuations. Subject to Cohere's Terms of Use.
• Google AdSense: Provides advertising services. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party services.

8. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Site, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are served by Google and third-party networks, not by Domainer24 Pro
• We do not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised on our Site
• Fraudulent ad clicks will result in immediate access restriction
• Use of ad-blocking software may limit your access to the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

• Suspected fraudulent activity or ad click manipulation
• Excessive API usage or automated access
• Any activity that threatens the integrity or availability of the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
